This cover provides financial protection against loss or damage in respect of the Contract Works (building in course of construction), Construction Property, Equipment/Machinery, Temporary Buildings as well as Third Party liabilities caused by the construction project.

The policy can be issued in the name of the contractor only or, contractor, sub-contractor and the principal.
