Public/ general third party liability

This type of insurance provides compensation to the Insured against all sums that the Insured shall become legally liable to pay in respect of:

• Accidental bodily injury to any person (whether or not death results)

• Accidental loss of or damage to third party property

Such liability may occur during construction, normal business operation and other activities in connection with the business of the Insured.
